Aims and Objectives
The overall aim of the CLT is actively to support a confident, thriving and forward-looking community in Langton Matravers by identifying and responding to local opportunities and challenges. We consider that this can only be achieved by strengthening the sustainability of the community as a whole.
The specific objectives are to:
provide genuinely affordable housing for those with a strong local connection.
develop social, recreational and business facilities in response to local initiatives

The CLT Board
The day-to-day management of Langton Matravers CLT is carried out by the Board on behalf of our members. The Board is appointed by the members and must stand for re-election once a year. The latest re-election took place at a Special General Meeting on Thursday September 29th 2022.
The Board is currently made up of the following:
